*Rates under 30 days are subject to 10% occupancy tax. All reservations require a deposit at the time the reservation is made. 10% discount given to member of Good Sam, AAA, Camp California, FMCA, or AARP and 15% discount to Escapees. Discounts applies to daily rates only. Rates are based on 2 people per RV. A $2 charge per day per extra guest or $40 per month. Pets (cats & dogs) are limited to 2 per RV. $1 charge per day per pet with a maximum charge of $15 per pet per month will be assessed. We reserve the right to adjust rates as needed. |
