Welcome Shadow Hills RV Resort guests. The following rules are designed
to ensure that all visitors have a quiet, pleasant, relaxing visit.
Check In/Out Time: Check in/out time for
daily guests is 11:00 am. Please notify the office prior to check out
if you plan to stay longer. NO REFUNDS if you choose to leave early.
Speed Limit: Please drive carefully. Please
observe the 5 MPH speed limit in the Resort.
Trash: Please keep your site clean and
neat. Trash needs to be tied, in plastic bags and placed in the trash
containers provided by the park or in front of site each morning. Do
not put out night before.
RV Requirements: RV's must be maintained
in a "Pride of Ownership" condition. RV must be 10 years or
newer or submit photo to management. Acceptance is at the discretion of
Shadow Hills Management.
Automobiles: No more than 1 automobile
per site may be parked on your site in designated areas. City Fire Code
strictly prohibits parking of vehicles on streets at any time. Absolutely
no oil changing or working on vehicles permitted in the Resort. Vehicles
and RVs can be washed at sites. RVs $10 and vehicle $5.
Pets: We welcome your quiet pets; however,
they must be kept on a leash. Pets may be walked in the resort provided
you clean up after your pet. Bags are available at the office. Pets can
not be left unattended. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Some
large breed dogs are not allowed in the park please call the office.
Quiet Hours: Please be courteous to and
conscientious of your neighbors. No loud or excessive noise between 10:00
pm and 8:00 am.
Children: Guests are responsible for
the behavior and safety of their children. Children MUST be accompanied
by an adult at all times. Must be 18 years of age to use the equipment
in Fitness Center.
Wood Burning Fires: No open fires except
in barbecue grills or outdoor fire pits. They must be at least six inches
above the ground. Absolutely no fires allowed on windy days. BBQ prohibited
on picnic tables.
Management: Management is not responsible
for any loss due to fire, accident, theft; nor any loss, damages or
injury to any resident or any guest of resident, or property of either.
We are not responsible for loss of items brought to park: in kitchen,
craft or pool area. Guests should maintain insurance on their unit.
Visitors: Residents entertaining visitors
or guests at the Resort shall be responsible for their conduct while
on the Resort premises and shall be responsible for any charges or damages
incurred by the visitors or guests. Visitors and guests must register
at the office. Two guests per site. Additional charges for additional
guests. See office for details. Disorderly conduct is prohibited. Violators
will be asked to leave the premises. Visitors park in visitor parking.
Pool: PLEASE NOTE NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
No person under the age of 18 in the pool without a parent present.
You must shower before entering the pool. This is required by the Health
Department. Do not enter the pool with tanning oil or lotion on. You
must wear proper swim attire no street clothes or cotton. Babies must
wear "Little
Swimmers". You may purchase them at the office. No glass containers
allowed, plastic only. No diving. No food allowed in pool area. We provide
picnic tables on the patio. Pool hours are 8 am to 10 pm. The pool may
be scheduled for water aerobic classes etc. Please see schedule posted
at the office.Use at your own risk.
Spa: No children under the age of 14 in
the spa. Temperature of spa varies
(103 to 106) please use with caution. Do not use if pregnant, have a
heart condition or if consuming alcohol. Use at your own risk.
Restroom/showers: We have 3 areas throughout
the resort with 14 showers for our guests. Please do not leave children
alone or unattended.
Recreation Facilities: Behind the main
clubhouse is our indoor recreation facility which includes pool tables
and shuffleboard courts. The facility is open from 8 am to
10 pm. After play, please brush down the pool table and rack the balls.
PLEASE NO food or beverage near or on billiard tables and the shuffleboard
courts. Shuffleboard rules are available in the office. Children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision.
Sites: Please keep your site clean of
trash ,etc. You cannot store utility trailers, ATVs, freezers, or other
appliances and furniture outside of RV. You may use patio furniture. You
may not erect fencing around site. Sewer hoses must be up off the ground.
